Assistant Vice President / Operations Officer
Shannon joined WCF in 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Passionate about helping others, Shannon is inspired by the many people she has met throughout her career. She resides in central Iowa, with her dog Rocky, and enjoys weekends at her hobby farm in southern Minnesota. Shannon is an active member of Vibrant Life Assembly of God Church and volunteers with Raise the Bar Initiative. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
Meet Kya L. Askvig
Operations Supervisor / Customer Service Representative
Kya brings a lifelong passion for customer service to her role at Webster City Federal. A proud graduate of Eagle Grove High School, she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Administration credentials from Iowa Central Community College before transitioning into the financial world. Since joining the bank, she’s continued to grow in her role, with over five years of service and counting. Whether she’s helping neighbors with their banking needs or lending a friendly ear, Kya’s commitment to care and connection shines through. She lives in Webster City with her husband and their two sons, and outside of work, she enjoys boating, camping, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She’s also a talented pianist and a Shotokan karate black belt—just as comfortable on the keys as she is in the dojo!

Meet Tricia Rose
Accountant / Customer Service Representative
Tricia is a Jewell native and a graduate of the South Hamilton High School. Tricia has spent much of her career in the accounting and customer service fields. In May of 2023, Tricia graduated from DMACC as an Accounting Specialist with certificates in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Payroll. A proud grandparent, Tricia and her husband have two grown children. They enjoy relaxing at their timber lot, riding motorcycles, and spending time with their family.

I grew up in Kamrar, Iowa, a small town with a close-knit community. After completing my education at South Hamilton Community School District, I continued my studies at Iowa Central Community College, where I earned my Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Throughout my life, I’ve had the privilege of working in customer service roles, where I honed my communication skills and developed a deep understanding of meeting people’s needs. Additionally, I have extensive experience in cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. When I’m not working, I cherish spending quality time with family and friends, sharing stories and creating lasting memories.
Meet Chyne Neymeyer
Customer Service Representative
Chyne is a Customer Service Representative at WCF Financial Bank, where she has worked for over a year. She manages deposits, withdrawals, account openings (including CDs, checking, and savings), receptionist duties, and account updates—always with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Though she attended Aplington-Parkersburg High School, Chyne lived in Ackley, Iowa during that time and now resides in Vincent. She studied Communications with a Business minor at Central College in Pella, gaining strong skills in interpersonal and intercultural communication. Her background in retail and customer service laid the foundation for her dedication to helping clients reach their financial goals. Outside of work, Chyne enjoys reading, baking, working on cars with her dad, and exploring trails with her fiancé and his daughter.

Shyann supports the team as a Customer Service Representative, where she helps keep things running smoothly by handling scanning and filing to ensure everything stays organized. She recently earned her high school diploma through a K–12 online public school and is excited to be starting her professional journey. Outside of work, Shyann is a proud cat mom to three beloved companions—Pepsi, Fredrick, and Crush—who always keep life interesting.
Meet Elizabeth Luna
Customer Service Representative
For the past three years, Elizabeth has been a friendly face at WCF Financial Bank, working as a Customer Service Representative. Whether it's answering everyday banking questions or handling teller transactions with ease, Elizabeth is always ready to help. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she also assists with translations—especially during home closings, which she finds incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, Elizabeth brings the same energy to her personal life. You’ll often find her jamming to music, exploring local parks on walks, or showing off her moves in Just Dance. She loves spending quality time with her younger siblings and cruising around town with her fiancé—windows down, music up! A creative at heart, Elizabeth plays the flute and is currently learning the art of nail design from home. Whether it’s helping customers or mastering a new skill, Elizabeth does it all with a smile.
Meet Vivian Lopez-Mateos
Customer Service Representative
Vivian is a bilingual Customer Service Representative at WCF Financial Bank, assisting customers in both English and Spanish. Her responsibilities include opening and servicing checking accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit, while delivering friendly and knowledgeable support. Prior to joining the bank, Vivian worked as a customer service representative at a hatchery, where she developed strong skills in managing inquiries and building positive customer relationships. Outside of her banking role, Vivian is passionate about the beauty industry. She provides lash extension and eyebrow waxing services with a focus on precision and client satisfaction. Her interests also include hair, nails, and makeup, reflecting her creative and detail-oriented nature.
Meet Jenn Thiessen
Assistant Vice President / Compliance Officer
With 13 years in banking and 10 years of loan processing under her belt, Jenn is well positioned to serve Tama customers. In addition to serving as a Mortgage Loan Processor, she assists in new accounts and teller duties — which means she can assist just about anyone who walks in the door! A graduate of Marshalltown Community College, Jenn also holds professional designations from Iowa Bankers Consumer Credit School and Iowa Bankers Lending Compliance School. She keeps connected to the community through a variety of organizations, such as Toledo Wieting Theater and South Tama Archery, and volunteers for a number of local organizations, including Kids’ Corner Daycare, Kids’ Corner Fundraising Committee and Tama-Toledo Chamber of Commerce.

Brooke A. Yuska has dedicated over two decades to mastering the art of customer service, with a passion for excellence and a genuine desire to meet and exceed the needs of those she serves. A proud graduate of Kirkwood Community College, Brooke earned her associate degree in Legal Administrative Assistance, laying a strong foundation for her impressive career in customer service. Her journey is highlighted by a 15-year tenure in the banking sector, where she excelled as an Assistant Cashier/Head Teller. Beyond her professional achievements, Brooke's heart truly lies in the joys of family life and community involvement. She cherishes time spent with her family, whether it's vacationing together or supporting her children in their sports activities. Brooke's commitment to her community extends beyond her professional duties as she actively volunteers, contributing her time and talents to make a positive impact.

Meet Kailee Meek
Customer Service Representative
Kailee Meek embarked on her professional journey in the banking sector with a robust foundation, spending a year at a bank where she honed her skills in various roles. During her time there, Kailee not only excelled at opening new accounts and operating as a teller but also demonstrated a keen aptitude for customer service by adeptly handling phone inquiries and assisting clients with online banking issues. Outside the bank, Kailee's life is deeply rooted in her close-knit family and community involvement, particularly in the realm of sports. As the second of four girls, her family ties are strong, often found coaching or supporting her sisters in the South Tama's AAU volleyball program. Her commitment to family and community is evident, as her free time is invariably spent with her sisters, her nephew, or her beloved dog, Nova. Despite starting her higher education journey at the University of Northern Iowa with a focus on elementary education, Kailee's path led her back home, where she transitioned into a promising career in banking, melding her personal values with her professional aspirations.
