Checking Account FAQ
For all new accounts, a valid, current identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID card or U.S. passport, is needed. We also need a second form of ID, such as Social Security or ITIN card. In some cases, we will also request address verification. A minimum opening deposit is required for all checking and savings accounts.
Online Banking customers will always have access to this information by logging into their accounts. Other customers may contact us, and we’ll assist with these questions.
To add an owner, stop in anytime and see a Customer Service Representative.
To remove an owner, stop in anytime and see a Customer Service Representative to close the account and open a new one with your new ownership preferences.
Any transactions made before 5 p.m. will be processed the same business day. Transactions made after 5 p.m. will be processed on the next business day, and those made on Saturday at the drive-up will be processed the next business day.
A stop payment can be placed by coming into any of our locations and signing a stop payment form. There is a fee of $30 (plus tax) for a stop payment.
