Webster City Branch Hours Changing
On September 1, 2025 the Webster City branch hours will be changing. Please see below on the home page for details. The Independence and Tama branch hours will remain the same.
Doing your taxes just got easier with WCF Online Banking! You can now access, download, and print your forms 1042, 1098, 1099, and 5498 through your online banking portal.
Here is how you can access your End of the Year Tax Documents:
Log Into Online Banking
Click on Accounts
When logged in, you'll land on your Home Page. Click on Accounts from the menu.
Select Documents
Choose the Preferred Account
Choose the account that you'd like the tax document for from the dropdown menu. Do NOT choose All Accounts as this will cause an error.
Choose the Document that You'd Like to View
Using the dropdown menu for Document Type, choose the tax document you would like to view.
Click Submit
Once you've chosen the document you'd like to view, click Submit. A list of available documents will be generated. Our document archive goes back to 2024. Not all users will have documents for every document type.
Choose the document you'd like to view and click on it. The document will open in a PDF format where you can save and/or print the document.
