A self-described straight talker, he is committed to making the lending process efficient and smooth. Brad earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and mathematics from Loras College. He pitched for men’s fastpitch softball for 20 years, including at the world tournament in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. When he’s not busy with work, you might find him in a duck blind or out fishing with his two beautiful children.

Julie began her career with Webster City Federal in 1998 as a teller and has built a long-standing career in banking ever since. With nearly three decades of experience across many areas of the bank, she continues to bring dedication and heart to everything she does. While the industry has evolved over the years, Julie’s passion for helping others has remained a constant. A lifelong resident of Webster City, Julie lives there with her husband, Dale. She’s the proud mother of two grown sons, Nicholas and Brett, and a proud grandma to her grandson, Reed. Julie is an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and serves her ministry in many meaningful ways. In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sheila holds the distinguished honor of being WCF Financial Bank’s longest-serving team member, with over 45 years of dedicated service. A graduate of Iowa Central Community College’s one-year secretarial and clerical program, Sheila has built a career defined by expertise, consistency, and care. She specializes in assisting customers with IRAs, certificates of deposit, and wire transfers, and is known for her deep knowledge and personal approach. Over the decades, Sheila has formed lasting relationships with customers and colleagues at the Webster City branch—connections she continues to treasure. Her warm demeanor and commitment to service have made her a cornerstone of the WCF experience. Outside of work, Sheila leads a full and active life. She has been happily married for more than 35 years and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of one. She enjoys camping, riding motorcycles with her husband, reading, crocheting, and quilting. Sheila is also an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where she participates in the Bell Choir and Alter Guild.

When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their daughter, and their dogs. She enjoys camping, spending time in Okoboji, riding side-by-sides, and making memories with friends and family.

A proud graduate of Eagle Grove High School, she earned her Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Administration credentials from Iowa Central Community College before transitioning into the financial world. Since joining the bank, she’s continued to grow in her role, with over five years of service and counting. Whether she’s helping neighbors with their banking needs or lending a friendly ear, Kya’s commitment to care and connection shines through. She lives in Webster City with her husband and their two sons, and outside of work, she enjoys boating, camping, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She’s also a talented pianist and a Shotokan karate black belt—just as comfortable on the keys as she is in the dojo!

In May of 2023, Tricia graduated from DMACC as an Accounting Specialist with certificates in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Payroll. A proud grandparent, Tricia and her husband have two grown children. They enjoy relaxing at their timber lot, riding motorcycles, and spending time with their family.

She loves spending quality time with her younger siblings and cruising around town with her fiancé—windows down, music up! A creative at heart, Elizabeth plays the flute and is currently learning the art of nail design from home. Though she attended Aplington-Parkersburg High School, Chyne lived in Ackley, Iowa during that time and now resides in Vincent. She studied Communications with a Business minor at Central College in Pella, gaining strong skills in interpersonal and intercultural communication. Her background in retail and customer service laid the foundation for her dedication to helping clients reach their financial goals. Outside of work, Chyne enjoys reading, baking, working on cars with her dad, and exploring trails with her fiancé and his daughter.

Prior to joining the bank, Vivian worked as a customer service representative at a hatchery, where she developed strong skills in managing inquiries and building positive customer relationships. Outside of her banking role, Vivian is passionate about the beauty industry. She provides lash extension and eyebrow waxing services with a focus on precision and client satisfaction. Her interests also include hair, nails, and makeup, reflecting her creative and detail-oriented nature.
