Ag/Commercial Loan Officer

Catlin brings a strong agricultural background and years of leadership experience to his role as Ag and Commercial Loan Officer at WCF. He works closely with ag producers and business clients to develop lasting relationships, analyze financials, and support a full range of business banking products. Catlin also assists with deposit services and is committed to helping clients manage risk and grow their operations. Raised on a first-generation family farm northeast of Independence, Catlin understands the challenges and rewards of ag life. His career began in ag retail, where he advanced through several leadership roles at IAS, eventually managing multiple locations and helping implement a centralized agronomy dispatch system. In 2021, he was promoted to lead the new Masonville greenfield site, consolidating operations across three locations. Since joining the bank in June 2025, Catlin has brought the same customer-first mindset to lending that guided his success in ag retail. He believes banking should feel like a partnership—when clients thrive, so does the bank and the community. Catlin lives just half a mile from the family farm with his wife Kaity and their five children: Nolan, Lydia, Vicki, Everly, and Preston. He enjoys live music, hiking, family vacations, and helping on the farm alongside his dad, brother-in-law, and son.
