Prior to joining the bank, Vivian worked as a customer service representative at a hatchery, where she developed strong skills in managing inquiries and building positive customer relationships.
Outside of her banking role, Vivian is passionate about the beauty industry. She provides lash extension and eyebrow waxing services with a focus on precision and client satisfaction. Her interests also include hair, nails, and makeup, reflecting her creative and detail-oriented nature.
