Lisa Johnson joined WCF Financial Bank in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience across banking operations, trust services, audit, asset liability management, and finance. As SVP and COO, Lisa is known for her sharp focus, strategic mindset, and unwavering dedication to the bank, our team, and our shareholders. An Iowa native and proud Iowa State University alum, Lisa blends her professional drive with a love for adventure. When she’s not leading operational excellence, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.

Emily has been part of the WCF Financial Bank family since 2018, bringing creativity, care, and a strong customer focus to her dual role in marketing and human resources. With an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management, she’s passionate about building connections—whether it’s through community outreach or supporting her fellow team members. When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their daughter, and their dogs. She enjoys camping, spending time in Okoboji, riding side-by-sides, and making memories with friends and family.
