All WCF Financial Bank offices will be closed on Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. All business conducted after end-of-business on Thursday, June 18th will be processed on Monday, June 22nd when the Bank will resume its normal hours.

ATM Balance Issue

We are aware that if a customer tries to check their balance at the ATM, it will return Transaction not Allowed. We are working on this issue.

Lisa Johnson joined WCF Financial Bank in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience across banking operations, trust services, audit, asset liability management, and finance. As SVP and COO, Lisa is known for her sharp focus, strategic mindset, and unwavering dedication to the bank, our team, and our shareholders. An Iowa native and proud Iowa State University alum, Lisa blends her professional drive with a love for adventure. When she’s not leading operational excellence, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.

With an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management, she’s passionate about building connections—whether it’s through community outreach or supporting her fellow team members. When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their daughter, and their dogs. She enjoys camping, spending time in Okoboji, riding side-by-sides, and making memories with friends and family.
