Debit Card FAQ

Is there a limit on my debit card?

For security purposes, there is a daily limit on your debit card. You are allowed $1,000 towards point-of-sale purchases and $300 for ATM withdrawals.

Can I get a debit card, and what are the charges?

All of our personal checking accounts and business checking accounts may be accessed by a debit card.  There is no service charge to have a debit card attached to your account however other account and ATM use fees may apply.  

How do I report if my debit card is lost or has been stolen?

Please call us immediately to report a lost or stolen card. Contact Card Services at (800) 472-3272. 24/7/365

I’ve been contacted by the Fraud Department, what do I do?

If you need to return a call to the Fraud Department, please call (877) 253-8964.

How do I reset the PIN for my debit card?

Please call (800) 992-3808.

If I am traveling and plan on using my debit card, should I notify the bank?

Our debit cards are accepted worldwide; however, you must notify us at least one day prior to any international travel or go here to learn how to manage your own cards

How long does it take to get a debit card?

We offer instant-issue debit cards at all of our locations. If a replacement card is ordered, you can expect to receive your debit card in 7 to 10 business days after the card is ordered.
