All WCF offices will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. All items processed after 5:00 PM on Friday, January 16th will post on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Starting on September 1, banking hours in Webster City will change slightly (there are no changes in Independence or Tama). Here is a look at the new Webster City hours starting on that date…

Drive-Up 8:00-5:00

Drive-Up 9:00-Noon
We have adjusted our hours to provide additional time for customers to use our lobby for more complex transactions. That change results in an additional 4.5 hours every week for you to come inside and receive the help you need from our banking professionals. Keep in mind that in addition to 48 hours of in-person banking operating hours each week, WCF provides robust online banking and ATM service capabilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.
