WCF OFFICES CLOSED
All WCF Financial Bank offices will be closed on Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. All business conducted after end-of-business on Thursday, June 18th will be processed on Monday, June 22nd when the Bank will resume its normal hours.
ATM Balance Issue
We are aware that if a customer tries to check their balance at the ATM, it will return Transaction not Allowed. We are working on this issue.
At WCF we pride ourselves on providing the friendliest, best-trained, and most competent staff possible to serve the evolving needs of our customers. Part of that process involves promoting employees who have demonstrated excellence over an extended period of time.
Today I’m pleased to share that such a promotion has taken place. Emily Ely, Operations Supervisor in our Webster City office, has been named an Officer Trainee. Emily will continue in her current duties that involve supervising our tellers and new accounts personnel in Webster City. As an Officer Trainee, the WCF Executive Management team will provide Emily with additional opportunities to grow personally and professionally while taking on more responsibilities within the bank.
