How do I send/receive a wire transfer?
Sending Wire Transfers
To send a wire, you must be a customer of WCF Financial Bank.
The fees for sending a wire are $25 (plus applicable tax) for a domestic wire and $50 (plus applicable tax) for a foreign wire.
To send a wire, WCF Financial Bank will need the following information:
- The receiving banks’ routing number and address
- The name of the receiving bank
- Beneficiary name (person to whom the wire is being sent)
- Account number of beneficiary
- Beneficiary physical address (not a P.O. Box)
Some receiving banks may require additional information. Please contact the receiving bank to obtain their “wiring instructions.”

Receiving Wire Transfers
The fees for receiving a wire are $15 (plus applicable tax) for a domestic wire and $25 (plus applicable tax) for a foreign wire. To receive either a domestic or foreign wire at WCF Financial Bank, please call to receive our wiring instructions at 515-832-3071.
How can I request a free annual credit report?
You are entitled to receive one free credit report per year from each of the 3 credit reporting agencies. Choose one of the following methods of requesting your report:

What is a CVV Code?
The CVV (Card Validation Value) on your debit card is a 3 digit number on your WCF Financial Bank's MasterCard® branded debit card.
Your CVV number can be located by looking on your debit card as shown below:
Providing your CVV to an online merchant proves that you actually have the physical debit card – and helps to keep you safe while reducing the likelihood of fraud.
The CVV is NOT your card’s secret PIN (Personal Identification Number).
You should take care to never enter your PIN when asked to provide your CVV (PIN numbers allow you to use your debit card at an ATM or when making an in-person purchase with your debit card.
If I am traveling, what do I need to do to ensure that my debit card continues to work properly?
If you are planning a trip, please call us ahead of time to let us know where you plan to be traveling and phone number where you can be reached while you are gone (i.e. cell phone).
How can I get a replacement debit card?
If you lose your card or the magnetic strip seems to have stopped working, please contact us here at the bank and we can arrange for a replacement card. Please note that it may take as long as 2 weeks to receive a replacement card.
